Event on establishment of Department for Turks living abroad and Turkic-speaking peoples to be held in Istanbul
Baku – APA. Event on the establishment of the Department for the Turks living abroad and Turkic-speaking peoples under the Turkish government will be held in Istanbul on February 27, press service of Azerbaijan State Committee for Diaspora told APA. Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will also attend the event. The draft law on the establishment of the department will be presented to the Turkish communities in the world, their opinion and proposals will be learned, the problems of the Turks living abroad, ways of establishing strong Turkish lobby will be discussed.

But in most cases it is impossible to get information from some government agencies, though according to the legislation, the government agencies must give information about their activity to media. Recently journalists have not been invited to the meetings of government agencies, meetings, board meetings.
