Provocative events that took place in the country’s Ganja city on July 10 show the development and successes of Azerbaijan at the international level disturb some foreign circles, including Armenia, Hikmat Hajiyev, spokesperson for Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Wednesday.
He noted that attacking policemen serving at the rear is treason against those serving at the front.
“The military parade recently held in Azerbaijan disturbed Armenia and some malicious forces abroad. Traitors to the homeland, who live in foreign countries and support such actions, should be ashamed of our people. Those who resort to such actions will receive a decent response from the Azerbaijani people. We encourage our youth to be vigilant,” Hajiyev added.
