Of course, reforms should be deepened to ensure that," said Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers dedicated to the results of socio-economic development in the first half of 2018 and future objectives.
The Head of State noted that the reforms that have been carried out in recent years have yielded remarkable results: "If we did not implement this reforms, we could not achieve such a great economic success. But I think that in the current period we need to further deepen these reforms. We must make sure that Azerbaijan's economy shows itself as a long-term, future-oriented economy, reduces dependence on oil and gas and continues to develop the non-oil sector rapidly. "
