The return to Jojug Marjanli has further strengthened the hope of internally displaced people to return to their native lands, said Rovshan Rzayev, Chairman of the Azerbaijani State Committee for Refugees and IPDs.

He made the remarks on Wednesday at an event dedicated to the World Refugee Day, APA reports.

Rzayev noted education and employment as one of the priorities of the Azerbaijani government.

"Education and employment of refugees and IDPs are in the government’s focus. Work to improve the social conditions of IDPs will continue. At the same time, an end must be put to double standards towards Azerbaijan, and the relevant UN Security Council resolutions should be implemented. I’m confident that we will restore Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity by conveying our fair position to the world community,” he addd.
