The personnel and vehicles of the Combined-Arms Army returned to the permanent dislocation point in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic upon the completion of the Turkey-Azerbaijan large-scale tactical exercises, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry told APA on Monday.
On the last day of the joint exercises, a High-Level Observer Day was held.
The event was attended by delegations led by Third Army Commander of the Turkish Armed Forces, Army Gen. Ismail Serdar Savas and Azerbaijan’s Deputy Defense Minister, Commander of the Combined-Arms Army, Lieutenant General Karam Mustafayev.
