Attestation testing of teachers is eliminated in Azerbaijan’s general educational institutions.
In this regard, a new paragraph has been added to the Article 66 of the Labor Code (Non-Certifiable Employees), APA reports.
According to the new paragraph, “Educators working in general educational institutions of the Republic of Azerbaijan” will not undergo attestation testing.
According to another amendment, teachers are proposed to undergo certification testing.
The draft laws will be tabled at the Parliament’s plenary session scheduled on May 31.
