Draft law on state budget for 2017 has been discussed at today’s meeting of the Committee of Azerbaijani Parliament on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship.
Chairman of the Committee Ziyad Samadazada said that main parameters of the state budget were executed: ‘There was no financial problem for implementation of any social program’.
Deputy Minister of Finance Azer Bayramov said that economic reforms have ensured macroeconomic stability in the country.
‘Azerbaijan’s foreign trade turnover increased by 12.3%, commodity export – by 18.1%, non-commodity export by 24.4%. Strategic currency reserves rose by $4 billion to $41 billion’, Bayramov said.
