The ruling New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) organized an event on Monday to mark the 95th birth anniversary of the country’s national leader Heydar Aliyev, APA reports.
Addressing the event, Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, Executive Secretary of YAP Ali Ahmadov said that Heydar Aliyev dedicated 75 years of his life to the Azerbaijani people and state.
Ahmadov noted that today he serves the Azerbaijani people and state by means of Heydar Aliyev’s ideas.
“The younger generation should deeply study Heydar Aliyev’s heritage, ideas. Every Azerbaijani deeply respects national leader Heydar Aliyev,” he added.
The event featured a portrait of Heydar Aliyev, by famous artist Sakit Mamedov.
Architect and artist Rasim Aliyev said that Heydar Aliyev is the savior of the Azerbaijani people and a genius person.
