The newly-appointed chairman of Azerbaijan’s State Committee on Work with Diaspora, Fuad Muradov, has addressed the Azerbaijanis around the world through social networking.
"Dear friends and fellow citizens living abroad! For such a high confidence, I express my deep gratitude to Mr. President. I am grateful to all of you for the many congratulatory letters, messages and calls. I am surprised by the number of congratulations I have received from all over the world. I am convinced that each of you has a heart full of love of our country. I believe that, in conjunction with our compatriots living abroad, we will achieve effective cooperation and practical results in the development of our state, protection of our national interests and our compatriots. Rest assured that none of you will be ignored. Once again, I would like to thank all of you again,” Muradov said in his appeal.
Fuad Muradov was appointed Chairman of the State Committee on Work with Diaspora upon the order of President Ilham Aliyev on April 23.
