The joint statement issued by the observation missions of the OSCE/ODIHR, OSCE PA and PACE regarding the results of the April 11 presidential election in Azerbaijan is completely biased and defamation based on subjective conclusions, Vice-Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Ziyafat Asgarov told APA.
“This statement is nothing more than a piece of paper compiled by anti-Azerbaijani forces, including those paid out by Armenians,” he stressed.
Asgarov said that the people are the source of power in Azerbaijan.
“The people freely expressed their will on April 11. Those who question the people’s will are charlatans,” the parliamentary vice-speaker added.
