Residents of the six collapsed houses in the landslide zone in Baku’s Bayil settlement will receive compensation in the coming 10 days, Deputy Prime Minister Abid Sharifov said Wednesday, APA reports.
According to the deputy PM, the amount of compensation will be determined according to per square meter.
“But this time the assessment will be different from that about Sovestky. This is because 97 houses in the Bayil landslide zone are illegal and lack necessary documents. However, the amount will be determined according to per square meter. I can’t comment on the amount, though,” he added.
