Transportation of oil products through SOCAR’s Kulevi terminal in Georgia declines

Transportation of oil products through SOCAR’s Kulevi terminal in Georgia has declined.

According to the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, the terminal transported 0.2 million tonnes of oil and oil products in January-February 2018, down 0.1 million tonnes from previous year.

Georgia’s ports and terminals have totally processed 1.5 million tonnes of cargo in the reporting period.

Batumi port processed 0.6 million tonnes of cargo, Supsa port – 0.7 million tonnes.

Number of cargo containers in Poti and Batumi ports increased by 1,122 units to 65,646 containers.
