Masalli Police Department received information about hospitalization of resident of Gizlavar village Agaddin Agayev, who was shot in arm and stomach.
Interior Ministry told APA that police revealed that former prisoner Zaur Aliyev wounded Agayev and fled Baku.
A criminal case under the Article #29.120 of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan was launched on the fact. Officers of Head Office for Combating Organized Crime and Masali Police Department held operation and found him in Narimanov district. He showed armed resistance to police and was destroyed. A ‘Makarov’ pistol and 3 bullets were taken from him, two grenades and 5 cartridge-case were seized from the house.
