Exhibition of "The voice of Karabakh" paintings and literary-artistic event held

Within the international awareness campaign "Justice for Khojaly!" initiated by the Vice-President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva, the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing People organized an exhibition of "The voice of Karabakh" paintings and literary-artistic event on the 26th anniversary of Khojaly genocide.

APA reports that the event was attended by witnesses of Khojay genocide, state officials, MPs, foreign diplomats, representatives of international organizations and art figures.

It was noted that more than 300 paintings have been submitted to the campaign "The voice of Karabakh". On February 15, juries held selection stage for organization of exhibition of those paintings. No age limit was imposed. The youngest participant is 4-year-old. Paintings even from Russia, Turkey, Sweden and Israel have been submitted.

120 paintings of 110 authors, who won the selection stage, participated in the exhibition.
