The European Union fully supports the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Federica Mogherini said at a joint press conference with Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov in Brussels on Feb. 9, APA reports.
Azerbaijan is an important partner for the EU, said Mogherini, adding. “Today we discussed the overall state of our relations and bilateral aspects of cooperation.”
The 15th meeting of the EU-Azerbaijan Cooperation Council was held in Brussels today.
