Cabinet of Ministers will determine the cases allowing replacement of houses, which are at the disposal of the State Housing Construction Agency, by the citizens who got under concessional terms.
APA reports that President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on making amendments to the Rule on citizens’ obtaining houses, which are at the disposal of the State Housing Construction Agency, under concessional terms.
According to the rule, the house is replaced with its owner’s written appeal to the Agency, as well as corporation, from which they obtained. The agency considers this issue extraordinarily in accordance with the law on administrative execution.
The authority to determine the cases allowing replacement of houses has belonged to the State Housing Construction Agency so far. From now on, the Cabinet of Ministers will determine such cases.
