Energy producers, distributors and suppliers will pay fee to Energy Regulatory Agency.
This was reflected in a draft law on amendments to the Law on Energy offered o the agenda of the Azerbaijani parliament’s plenary meeting to be held on February 13.
According to the draft law, producers of electric energy, thermal energy and gas, energy and gas suppliers and gas distributors will pay fee to the Energy Regulatory Agency. The amount of fee and rule of payment will be set by Energy Ministry by agreeing with the President.
In connection with this, draft laws on amendments to the Laws on Electric energy, Gas Supply and Power and Thermal Power Plants will be discussed at the parliament’s meeting on February 13.
