The Education Ministry and German bank KfW agreed a 19 million euro ($22.4 million) project on Tuesday to support Syrian students, APA reports quoting Anadolu agency.

Education Undersecretary Yusuf Tekin and KfW’s Turkey Director Frank Bellon signed the deal for vocational and technical teaching.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Tekin said: “We will be meeting the equipment requirements of around 170 vocational schools in our seven provinces that have the highest Syrian population.”
