"We’re pleased with the level of cooperation in the ‘Caspian Five,’" Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said in his speech at the opening of the 7th meeting of the foreign ministers of the Caspian littoral states on Tuesday, APA’s Moscow correspondent reported.
“We proceed from the premise that the line under the talks on this document will be drawn at the next, fifth Caspian summit in Kazakhstan, and the ‘Caspian Five’ will receive a reliable legal foundation, which will make it possible to reach a higher level of interaction," Lavrov concluded.
