Most of Internet resources that are engaged in terrorist recruitment in the CIS countries are managed from abroad, Anton Arefiev, an official of the CIS Anti-Terrorism Center (ATC), said on Wednesday, an APA correspondent reported from Moscow.
He noted that about 90 percent of such Internet resources are managed from abroad.
“These data were obtained on the basis of an analysis conducted by the Anti-Terrorism Center early this year. We analyzed up to 1,800 Internet resources, which are known for their terrorist and extremist nature,” added Arefiev.
