The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan will make a special decision banning the installation of luxurious gravestones in the country’s cemeteries, Mubariz Gurbanli, chairman of the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations, said on Thursday, APA reported.
A relevant draft decision of the Cabinet of Ministers is already developed, Gurbanli said adding. “Specialists thoroughly worked on the draft decision. The application of the new rules will not affect the old cemeteries.”
The committee chairman stressed that new rules will ban the installation of luxurious gravestones in cemeteries.
