Relations between Azerbaijan and Ukraine are of strategic nature, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister said on Tuesday.
Mammadyarov made the remarks at a press conference following the meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart Pavlo Klimkin in Baku, APA reported.
The Azerbaijani minister noted that today’s meeting expressed support for the territorial integrity of the two countries.
“We also discussed the relations in transport sphere,” Mammadyarov said stressing that transport projects are very economically important.
He went on to say that a meeting of the Azerbaijani-Ukrainian intergovernmental commission will take place next month.
