Education level at Azerbaijani schools in Georgia rated low

Georgian Minister of Education and Science Aleksandre Jejelava has assessed the level of education at the schools in the country where national minorities study in their native languages.

The minister compared the level of city and village schools in the country, APA’s local bureau reported.

“Education in private and public schools in Tbilisi is almost at the same level of European education system. However, the level of the village schools where national minorities study in their native languages is lower. “, the minister said in the “360 degree” program on “Palitra-news” channel.

Nowadays, 124 Azerbaijani schools operate in Georgia.
