"The military cooperation between Azerbaijan and Pakistan is developing in an upward trend," Pakistani Ambassador to Azerbaijan Saeed Khan Mohmand said Tuesday.
He said that Pakistan has a strong military industry, APA reported.
"This area is also one of the most important areas of our cooperation with Azerbaijan. Recently, Azerbaijan has bought military training aircraft from Pakistan. We will try to organize more training and further develop our relations," Mohmand said.
The ambassador noted that purchase of JF Thunder aircraft in the future may be negotiated.
