Changes have been made in connection with types of the test exams for civil service recruitment, said Vugar Asgarov, department head of the State Examination Center (SEC), APA reported.
He said that open and essay-type questions will be asked in the exams for civil service recruitment.
Asgarov noted that a decision for announcing a vacancy is passed within a month since the vacant position is available: “When the vacant position is not held through an internal interview, a decision for holding a general interview is passed within 30 days. When the vacant position is not held through a general interview, then a competition is announced.”
