A criminal case was lunched against a man who migrated with fake membership card of Musavat Party, APA reports.
Elnur Mirzayev (1977), who is currently living in Europe as migrant, faces charges under articles #320.1 (Fake of certificate or other official document giving the rights or releasing from duties, with a view of its use or selling of such document, as well as manufacturing in same purposes or selling of counterfeit state awards of the Azerbaijan Republic, stamps, seals, forms) and #302.2 (Implementation operative - search actions with use of special means, intended for secret dredging the information) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
The court declared him wanted.
Mirzayev was named in “Migrant case” in Azerbaijan a few years ago.
Mirzayev migrated with documents he obtained from Musavat Party.
Musavat Party announced that his documents were fake.
