The minister noted that price policy in the country is acceptable: “I analyzed regions yesterday. There are regions that tourist accommodation makes up AZN 10-30 in there. Or there a recreation centres that price makes up AZN 100 for 5-6 families. I think the price policy in Azerbaijan is acceptable. I don’t think somebody can entertain by paying 5-3 manats. That’s impossible”.
Answering questions about hostels, Garayev said that relevant rules should be obeyed while engaging in hotel activity in residential buildings and private houses as hostels: “Therefore, we are working on preparation of these rules. I think after these rules are confirmed within two months, the people will imagine what the hostels are. According to tendency, the people, especially youths are interested in hostels. People usually desire convenient lodging in the centre of the city”.
