The Clinic Medical Center and Baku Health Center under Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Health will be available for the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games, which will be held in Baku on May 12-22.
Deputy Health Minister Elsever Aghayev said on Wednesday that first aid brigades are fully ready to provide medical care during the Games, APA reported.
As some of the competitions are underway, 20 brigades are deployed at the hosting venues.
“The first aid brigades have been given new cars and the staff is well-trained. An operative headquarters have also been created in order to provide necessary medical care for people. The headquarters will be working on a 24-hour basis,” he added.
