Musa Panahov continues to work as the deputy minister of transport, communication and high technologies.
On February 13, Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev issued an order on establishment of Ministry of Transport, Communication and High Technologies. The ministry was created on the basis of Transport Ministry and Ministry of Communication and High Technologies.
Upon the other order of president, Ramin Guluzade was appointed as the Minister of Transport, Communication and High Technologies.
Transport Minister Ziya Mammadov was dismissed. Among his deputies, only Musa Panahov stays in his position.
So, the first deputy minister is Ali Abdullayev, other deputies minister are Iltimas Mammadov, Elmir Valizade and Musa Panahov.
