According to the decree amending the presidential decree (dated 23 January 2017) on the allocation of a unified monthly allowance to IDPs and persons equated to them, signed by Azerbaijan’s president on February 14, 2017, local executive authorities and those of occupied districts, utility service organizations are instructed to submit the list of IDPs actually living in mentioned facilities to the State Committee for Affairs of Refugee and IDPs, the committee said in a statement to APA on Feb. 27.
As the development and specification of those lists take more time, a unified monthly allowance for IDPs for February and money to be paid to utility service organizations will be provided in March for two months.
