Chairperson of the State Committee of Azerbaijan for Family, Women and Children Affairs Hijran Huseynova has expressed serious dissatisfaction with the non-implementation of laws on family and children affairs in the country.
Addressing the round table on causes of family disputes and possible solutions, held in Baku Feb. 16, Huseynova said that although the legal framework in the country in this area is perfect, there are many shortcomings in connection with the execution of the laws.
“We are not satisfied with the non-implementation of laws in the country. And this leads to serous problems. Measures should be taken in this regard”, she stressed.
Besides, the committee chairperson also expressed objection to the media coverage of the crimes that took place on the grounds of family disputes.
