Baku. Shahriyar Alizadeh-APA. Today Baku Court on Grave Crimes completed the process of the criminal case of the former chief of telephone unit of Nizami district on “Bakı Telefon RabitÉ™si” Fatulla Seyidov and former chief accountant of Rashad Mamedov, APA reports.
The trial presided over by Judge Ahmad Guliyev verdict was announced, according to which the defendants were sentenced to suspended prison terms. Both defendants were released in the courtroom.
Remind that the accused were arrested after the dismissal of the head of the Ministry of National Security Eldar Mahmudov.
F. Seidov and R. Mammadov were charged under Article 179.1 (misappropriation), 308 (abuse of power) and 313 (forgery) of the Criminal Code.
