Baku – APA. Azerbaijan is holding the constitutional referendum in accordance with international standards, Dutch observer Magaz Van Nes Juan Alejandro Eberhard told reporters in Baku Sept. 26.
The observer said he is communicating with voters too, adding that the process is going on very transparently and silently.
The referendum to make amendments to Azerbaijan’s constitution kicked off Monday at 8:00 am local time and will wrap up at 7:00 pm.
The number of voters in Azerbaijan stands at 5,267,111 people.
