APA reports the creation of centers aims to support active participation of citizens in the socio-economic development, development of small and medium business, increase of employment rate of the population and formation of competitiveness family business.
The Centers will:
- Carry out projects on support to small and medium entrepreneurs and establish a fund to finance these projects;
- Identify family businesses, small and medium entrepreneurs for the ASFB projects, create condition for use of modern technological equipments for agricultural products;
- Prepare business plans for family businesses, small and medium entrepreneurs, provide marketing, branding and design, financial-accounting, legal assistance services;
- Organize certification of produced product on the basis of “single window” principle;
- Organize transportation and sale of the product;
- Hold trainings for use of production equipments, provide technical support to those equipments, give information about international practice, leading technological innovations used in the rural sphere;
- Conduct control and evaluation within the poroject;
- Take other measures for development of production-oriented entrepreneurship.
AZN 1million was allocated from the President’s Reserve Fund to the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations for launch of the centers.
