Baku – APA. Azerbaijani athletes face unfair decisions in some competitions, said Ilham Aliyev, President of Azerbaijan, President of the National Olympic Committee.
He made the remarks addressing at a meeting with athletes who competed in the 15th Summer Paralympic Games held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and their coaches.
“We are concerned over unfair decisions made in some competitions, including on our athletes,” said Ilham Aliyev.
Despite this, Azerbaijan has repeatedly proved in various international competitions that it is a really strong sports country and it has powerful athletes, the president stressed.
