Baku - APA. Executive Secretary of the “Real” movement Natig Jafarli has been put on recognizance not to leave, lawyer Javad Javadli told APA.
It means that he couldn’t leave Baku, charges were upheld and investigation is underway, he said.
Natig Jafarli was released yesterday. Nasimi District Court decided to cancel the arrest as a preventive measure for Natig Jafarli.
On 12 August, Jafarli was called to the Investigation Department for Grave Crimes of the Prosecutor General’s Office. Then he was taken to Nasimi district court which sentenced him to four months pretrial detention.
Natig Jafarli is charged with illegal business (Article 192) and abusing official powers (Article 308).
