Baku – APA. Azerbaijan will appoint tourism representatives to its diplomatic missions in foreign countries that are priorities in terms of promotion of tourism potential.
This is according to the order signed by Azerbaijani President on 1 Sept. 2016 on additional measures for development of tourism in the country.
Within the months, according to the order, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in cooperation with the Foreign Ministry is due to work out and present to the president proposals on appointment of tourism representatives to Azerbaijan’s diplomatic missions in foreign countries that are priorities in terms of promotion of tourism potential, introduction of tourism products to world market, sale of these products, and acceleration of tourist flow to the country.
