Baku. Yegane Lachinzade – APA-Economics. Number of those traveling to Georgia in the first 7 months of 2016 increased 10.6% to 3,400,335 people, says report of Georgian National Tourism Administration, APA-Economics reports citing Georgia Online.
During the reporting period, number of those traveling to the country as tourist rose 17.5% to 1,401,914 people.
Most of travellers in January – July were from Azerbaijan (+15.1%). Turkey ranked at second (+1.6%), Armenia at third (-0.8%), Russia at fourth (+10.3), Ukraine at fifth (+24.3%).
