Shirvan. Alibey Zeynalli-APA. Two people died as a result of the explosion at the Araz arms plant in Azerbaijan’s Shirvan city., Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense Industry told APA.
According to the report, two employees of the "Araz" defense industry plant of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense Industry located in Shirvan city, Agamirov Allahyar oglu Mammadov and Ilhame Asker gizi Nureyeva were killed as a result of explosion.
Bodies of the killed people was sent for examination to the Shirvan Central Hospital morgue .
Recall that an explosion occurred at Araz defense industry plant of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense Industry located in Shirvan city of Azerbaijan, at about 15:30, on July 26.
Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of DefenseIndustry,Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Health and General Prosecutor's Office, as well as manpower, machinery and mechanisms were involved to the scene and necessary joint measures were taken to prevented expansion of the explosion.
