Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. President of the Azerbaijani-based ANS Group of Companies Vahid Mustafayev and director general of ANS TV channel (ANS Broadcasting Media Company) Mirshahin Aghayev were summoned to the Grave Crimes Investigation Department at the Prosecutor General’s Office on Tuesday.
Mustafayev and Aghayev were left the prosecutor’s office after being questioned, APA has learned.
The IT department and server rooms of the TV channel were sealed by law-enforcement officers and officials of the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies on Monday evening.
The channel’s employees are not allowed to the building. A police post was set up outside the building.
Eldar Sultanov, spokesman for the Prosecutor General's Office, told APA that detailed information will soon be provided in this regard.
