â€œFlagâ€ of unrecognized Karabakh raised during Reporters Without Bordersâ€™ anti-Azerbaijani rally in Berlin

According to information, the "flag" of the so-called regime created in the Armenian-occupied territories of Azerbaijan was raised during the picket organized by Reporters Without Borders.

Azerbaijani diaspora members approached the organizationâ€™s members and asked them why the separatist regimeâ€™s flag was there. Reporters Without Borders members remained silent at the question and removed the flag after meeting objection from the Azerbaijanis.

Azerbaijani diaspora organizations are planning to send an inquiry to the central office of Reporters Without Borders over the flag scandal. The inquiry will demand explanation for the expression of support to the separatist regime during an event held by this organization.

Berlin Azerbaijan House, Bielefeld NRW German-Azerbaijani Culture Society, Coordination Center of Azerbaijanis in Germany and Azerbaijan Student Network held a joint protest rally in Berlin on June 7.

More than 200 Azerbaijanis took part in the rally organized outside German Chancellor Angela Merkel's constituency office.Â
