The star of French and world cinema also recalled his most vivid impression of Baku. “I remember that 20 years ago when I was leaving Baku my friends threw a jar of caviar in my bag. I was absolutely amazed, knowing that in Paris, a tiny jar of caviar is worth a fortune. I gladly ate caviar with my wife in France," Pierre Richard said.
Pierre Richard said that he is a great gourmand, noting that he immediately ordered “borsch” on arrival in Moscow.
The actor said his favorite film is “Toy” among those in which he started.
Richard said he is not interested in politics, emphasizing that he didn’t face any problem and pressure in connection with his visit to Russia. “I'm just an actor, and my job is to play a role.”
The actor came to Moscow to stage his one-man show "Pierre Richard III" in concert hall Cosmos. Then, he will perform his show in St. Petersburg and Voronezh.
