Under the new decree, the Azeryolservis has been withdrawn from the authority of the Ministry of Transport.
The Cabinet of Ministers is develop statutes of Azeryolservis OJSC and projects of its structure and proposals on state bodies fulfilling duties of General Meeting of the OJSC and submit them to the president within a month, as well as provide giving the motor roads in the balance of Transport Ministry to Azeryolservis OJSC within a month, allocation of annual budget funds for repair, maintenance, protection and reconstruction of these motor roads to the OJSC.
