# 15 April 2015 15:47 (UTC +04:00)
The proposal submission deadline for the program that was announced on April 14 by the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration is May 15.
Proposed activities should primarily support refugees and displaced populations in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
As regards with Azerbaijan, the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration will consider projects in the livelihoods and/or protection sectors only. Projects should target vulnerable IDPs (preferably displaced youth and children) located in urban areas outside of Baku or those in rural areas. Preference will be given to organizations that demonstrate coordination with Azerbaijani government authorities, the Office of United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), and other international and local humanitarian actors. The duration is 12 months. The funding for Azerbaijan is $200,000.
Note that, Armenia will not be included in this call for proposals as FY14 programming is ongoing.
