Baku – APA. The official website of Azerbaijan International Development Agency (AIDA - http://www.aida.az/) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan underwent cyber attack on February 19, Foreign Ministry spokesman, Hikmat Hajiyev told APA.

He said there was an announcement on the front page of the website that the attack was launched by the cyber group of Monte Melkonian, one of the leaders of the Armenian terrorist organization ASALA. The website was restored in a short period of time.

Experiencing a political-economic and demographic crisis and suffering a wave of failures as a result of its sabotage attempts on the front line, Armenia is now seeking to console itself with such trivial attempts.

“Unlike Armenia that supports global terrorism via terrorist organizations like ASALA, AIDA is carrying out a noble humanitarian mission in a number of regions of the world, improving the living conditions of needy people, and contributing to continuous development as well as the global implementation of the UN Millennium Development Goals,” Hajiyev noted.
