APA reports quoting website of the Ministry that a blast occurred on the first floor of residential building in Bilajari settlement, Binagadi district, Baku.
Rescuers of the Ministry were deployed on the scene. According t initial information, a body of one person has been pulled out from the debris, four injured persons were wer handed over to Emergency Medical Service. Rescue works are underway to eliminate results of the accident.

The blast occurred at Army market that is located near Baku International Bus Terminal in Bilajari settlement at about 17:30, APA reports.
Fire blazed up at the market as a result of the blast. Firefighters were deployed on the scene. Rescuers to pull out one person from the debris.
The State Fire Protection Service of Ministry of Emergency Situations told APA that the firefighters are currently extinguishing the fire.
Baku City Emergency Medical Aid Station told APA that several persons were injured as a result of the blast and they were taken to different hospitals.
