Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. The exchange rate of euro, assigned by the CBA, against manat made today AZN 1.0407. According to APA-Economics, last time such exchange rate was observed in May of 2012. Consequently, official exchange rate of euro against manat reached 8-months maximum:
Thus, the causes of erratic dynamics in the euro / AZN should be found in the processes in the world and that the CBA does not allow to significantly changing the pair AZN / USD and "transition" of its influence on the pair EUR / AZN. CBA's currency policy is aimed at maintaining the stability of the dollar, the euro and the change does not threaten.
With regard to the dynamics of the euro / dollar, it depends on the economic and political processes in the euro zone and the U.S. Also note that the strengthening of the euro against the dollar could be due to improved economic conditions in the euro zone, the deteriorating situation in the United States, or because of both. Recent events show that the economic situation in the euro zone and in the United States indefinitely, but in the end the euro is strengthening against the dollar.
