Criminal case launched on 18-year-old Azerbaijani violated public order in Moscow

Moscow. Farid Akberov – APA. Criminal case has been launched on the 18-year-old Azerbaijani citizen firing from wedding cortege in the Russia’s capital, said the Head Office of the Russia’s Interior Ministry in Moscow, APA’s Moscow correspondent report.

The office reported that criminal case had been launched on 18-year-old Seymur Nabizadeh under the Russian Criminal Code Article #213 (hooliganism).

Note that an Azerbaijani fired gunshots into air from the wedding cortege in Russian capital at 16.00 yesterday. Witnesses and local residents informed the police. The police attempted to stop the cars in the wedding cortege but the drivers didn’t stop the car. The police found 5 cartridge cases at the scene. The Azerbaijani wedding was held at Safisa wedding palace. The police inspected 9 Azerbaijanis and their cars. One Makarov traumatic pistol was found on Seymur Nabizadeh and one traumatic pistol, shackles and many cartridges from his car.

Nikulinskiy District Court has today considered the criminal case on 9 Azerbaijanis. 8 of them faced administrative punishment.
