Tebriz Hesenov: Time will show whether it is hard to train Karvan after Yunis Huseynov

The ceremony began with signing an official deal with Tebriz Hesenov. General Director Islam Aslanov signed one-year deal on clubâ€™s side. Aslanov stated that the deal may be prolonged in the future.
â€œWe intend to prolong the deal with Tebriz Hesenov. He ha worked in Karvan for three years as a trainer. We know that he is able to work as a head coach as well. After the championship finished, we had a talk with Hesenov and made him our proposal. His answer was positiveâ€, he said.
Aslanov noted that the club had no other candidates to the post. He also spoke about former head coach Yunis Huseynov.
â€œWe couldnâ€™t reach agreement on prolongation of the deal with Huseynov. We hope Karvan will succeed more under Hesenovâ€™s leadership. The club has set task to take higher ranks in the championship. More precisely, we want to be ranked among top fiveâ€, he said.
Hesenov stated that he is not afraid of the debut as a head coach. The trainer also explained the reason of his leave before previous championship finished.
â€œWe asked Karvan leadership for permission for some problems. But as a club member I was paid salary. I solved all problems within two months and as you see I am here again. I have known Karvan for three years. I feel strength that I will be able to do my duty. I will try Karvan to take higher positions. Time will show whether it will be difficult to be head coach after Yunis Huseynovâ€, he said.
Hesenov also spoke about the assistants.
â€œThe assistant coaches also played a role in Karvanâ€™s success during Huseynovâ€™s period. I will also try to find qualified assistants. There are some coaches but this issue will be cleared out next week. We are going to pick new footballers to fill the gaps. I intend to take 5 or 6 young promising footballers. I will try to prepare them for national teamâ€, he said.
