Zagatala. Vugar Heydarov – APA. The medals awarded to the martyred Azerbaijani military servicemen have been presented to their families in the country’s Zagatala district.
The events held in the district’s Mukhakh village and Zagatala city were attended by the martyrs’ families, Defense Ministry officials, Zagatal district executive officials, and public figures, APA’s correspondent reported.
The third degree medal “for distinguished military service” awarded to 19-year-old martyred soldier Ravan Nurayev, born in the Mukhakh village of Zagatala, was presented to his mother.
The third degree medal “for distinguished military service” awarded to Azerbaijani extended military serviceman, 23-year-old Sarkhan Bayramov, born in Zaqatala, was presented to his father.
Participants praised Ravan and Sarkhan for their bravery in the recent clashes on the contact line of Armenian and Azerbaijani troops.
